The Hanson junior high boys basketball team traveled to Menno on Monday, November 22, to take on the Wolves.
The seventh grade Beavers took down the Wolves, 24-2. Jett Jager led the team with eight points followed by Radek Jarding, Weston Switzer, and Peirce Kayser with four points apiece. Jason Porth and Layton Popp added two points each. The win puts the seventh grade Beavers’ record at 3-1.
The eighth grade Beavers defeated the Wolves, 33-31. Conner Endorf led the team with 16 points. Cole Dewald tallied eight points while Nate Wilber had seven. Sutton Squires added two points. The eighth grade moves their to 5-3.
