The Hanson middle school volleyball team played the Howard Tigers at home on Tuesday, September 7. 

In the seventh grade match, Hanson won the first set, 21-8, and won the second set, 21-19. Audrina Waldera served eight-for-nine with three aces. Isabel Kayser served a perfect seven-for-seven with four aces. Alivia Bender went four-for-four in serves with two aces. Sawyer Hoffmann served three-for-four with two aces while Jacey Schoenrock went three-for-five in serves with one ace. 

The seventh grade Beaverettes finished the match with a serving percentage of 78% (32/41)

The seventh grade record is 2-0-1.

In the eight grade match, Hanson won the first set, 25-19, and continued on to win the second set, 25-22. Taziah Hawkins served twelve-for-fourteen with eight aces. Dana Degen went five-for-seven with two aces. Taryn Holm served four-for-four with two aces.  Kendra Endorf went three-for-four in serving with one ace. 

The eighth grade team serving percentage was 73% (36/49).

The eighth grade record stands at 3-0.
