The Hanson varsity volleyball team worked hard under the pressure of the Howard Tigers, but suffered a loss on Tuesday, September 7, in Alexandria.  

The Beaverettes swung hard through all three of their sets with scores: 14-25, 21-25, and 17-25.

Starting off the offensive ambush was Annalyse Weber and Kiana Berg scoring eight kills each. Setter, Jalyn Kampshoff, tallied a total of 16 set assists. Avery Moschell scored three ace serves followed by Kampshoff scoring two. 

On the defensive side of the net, Kate Haiar marked two blocks. The leader of the digs for the night goes to Skylar Holm with 16 digs followed by Erin Dewald with eight and Weber with seven. 

The junior varsity admit defeat to the Tigers with close set scores of 24-26 and 21-25.

The C team defeated the Tigers, 25-14 and 25-11.
