The Hanson cross country team traveled to Wagner to compete in the Wagner Cross Country Invitational on Monday, September 13. 

 In the varsity girl’s division, six girls placed in the top 15. Freshman, Cadence Jarding, placed highest with a fifth place finish (23:21) followed by Taziah Hawkins in sixth place (24:26). Others placing were Eliza Otlmanns, seventh place (24:59); Reese Marek, 10th place (25:27); Alyssa Moschell, 12th place (26:15); and Erin Dewald, 14th place (26:57).

 The girls placed second overall at the meet. 

In the boy’s varsity division, Carson Ferry placed highest in seventh place (22:17). Anthony Geist finished in ninth place (22:58) followed by Will Jarding in 16th place (24:39).

 Overall, the Hanson boys’ varsity placed 3rd in the meet. 

 In the boy’s junior varsity division, Jason Porth placed fifth with a time of 19:05.
