The Hanson Beaverettes were in Plankinton on Thursday, September 9, to take on the Mt. Vernon Plankinton Titans.
The varsity lost to the Titans with set scores: 23-25, 19-25, and 9-25. Offensively, Kate Haiar and Annalyse Weber marked six kills each. Kiana Berg added three kills and two aces. Jalyn Kampshoff had 12 total assists on the night.
Defensively, Taylor Schroeder had seven digs followed by Skylar Holm with six digs. Weber and Kampshoff contributed 12 digs apiece.
The junior varsity fell to the Titans, 11-25 and 14-25.
The C team was defeated by the Titans with set scores: 14-25, 11-25, and 13-6.
