The Hanson Beaverettes were in Emery on Tuesday, September 21, to take on the Bridgewater-Emery Huskies.
The varsity fell to the Huskies in three sets. Set scores were: 11-25, 20-25 and 14-25. Leading the team offensively was Annalyse Weber with nine kills followed by Kylie Haiar with four. Jalyn Kampshoff recorded 16 successful set assists.
Defensively, Weber led the team with 30 digs followed by Erin Dewald with 12. Haiar tallied 10 digs.
The junior varsity lost to the Huskies in two sets with scores, 13-25 and 18-25. Leading the team in kills was Avery Moschell with three followed by Paige Endorf with two. Peighten Wallace had five digs while Erica Endorf, Kennedy Bender and Emma Riggs added four digs apiece. Moschell had one block on the night.
The C team was defeated by B-E, 19-25 and 22-25. Jazzy Campbell tallied three kills, two aces and one block. Emersyn Degen had two aces and six digs. Jersey Kampshoff recorded four digs. Olivia Kayser had fie successful set assists and one ace.
