The Hanson Volleyball team traveled to Tyndall on Monday, October 5, to take on the Bon Homme Cavaliers.
The varsity team lost to the Cavaliers in five sets with scores: 25-17, 17-25, 25-14, 22,25, and 13,15. Leading the team with kills was Weber with 21 while Kylie Haiar added 13. Erin Dewald and Weber contributed to the team with two aces each. Kampshoff had 37 successful assists.
Jalyn Kampshoff led the team with 24 digs and followed close behind was Annalyse Weber with 23.
The junior varsity took a defeat in three sets with scores: 20-25, 25-22, and 2-15. Grace Arend led the team with four kills followed by Kennedy Bender and Haiar with two each. Erica Endorf contributed to her team with 13 digs followed by Cadence Jarding with four. Peighten Wallace and Bender led in aces with two each. Wallace tallied 10 assists.
The C team defeated the Cavaliers in three sets. Set scores were: 26-24, 24-26, and 15-7.
