Reminder: Flu Shot Clinic at school on October 20th for students and staff who register with the QR code provided last week. Please be sure to fill in ALL insurance information requested.
If you have already registered but DID NOT fill in the insurance information, please bring your card to Ann Bartscher so that a copy can be made and your insurance information can be verified prior to any shot given. You will not be able to go back into your registration to enter this.
Also, please be advised that the following insurances are out of network with SD Department of Health and it is in your best interest to follow with a provider that is in network with your insurance., OR you may send $50 for the cost of the vaccination that day for a flu shot.
These are the insurance plans that are out of network: United Health Care, Health Partners, Cigna Health, Aetna Health, blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Avera Direct Connect, Avera ACA Direct Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem HSA Plan.

Author Julianne Endres came to Hanson School today to read and talk about her book "Little Bug Earns Her Spots" It is a book about Kindness that the elementary students are focusing on this year.
