Congratulations to our amazing high school band, chorus, Ms. Hanley & Mrs. Wieseler on a fantastic performance! Your hard work and talent truly shined. The HS Chorus earned 3 Superior ratings and the HS Band earned 2 Superior ratings and 1 Above Average.
We are fortunate at Hanson to have many successful programs. Our Band and Chorus are two of them and they performed at Large Group contest Wednesday in Chamberlain. On Monday, March 17, 2025, Hanson’s 5th and 6th-grade students had the exciting opportunity to attend the Young People’s Concert presented by the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls. The concert provided students with the opportunity to witness a live orchestral performance & served to deepen their appreciation for music and inspire future musicians.
