Track Records broke yesterday: 200m dash- Sutton Dewald ran a 22.70 to break Brian Dewalds (Sutton's Dad) record of 22.87. Javelin- Ava Doyle threw a 94’4” to break Paige Endorf’s record of 92’

Congratulations to the Boys 4x200 relay team on breaking the school record today with a time of 1:33.14. Members are Cole Dewald, Weston Kayser, Jett Jager and Sutton Dewald.

Hanson County Farmer's Union Camp is scheduled for May 21st, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Hanson School Community Room. Campers will have the chance to explore renewable resources, engage in crafts, enjoy games, and much more. You can register online at : https://sdfu.org/education/youth-programs/youth-camps/

Schedule Updates for Hanson School:
JH Track: Track Meet is canceled. The field conditions will not allow us to host the meet.
Softball: The game is still planned on being played, but we are moving the start time to 5:00.
The Annual 3rd and 4th Grade Restaurant will take place Tuesday and Wednesday nights this week! We look forward to seeing you there. If you have not purchased a ticket, one can be bought at the door either night. Dine in or Take Out Available. Serving starts at 5:00 each day.

The Hanson Fellowship of Christian Athletes group is holding a field day event open to all students in currently in grades 3-8 free of charge on Wednesday, May 21. Check out the link for more details.

The Flandreau Invitational Golf meet scheduled for tomorrow (4/24/25) has been cancelled.
The Flyer Invitational track meet has been cancelled for tomorrow (4/24/2025) due to weather predicted conditions.
Mark your calendar for Hanson's Elementary SPRING CONCERT on Thursday, May 1st at 7:00 p.m. Students have been working hard to prepare their performance that will be filled with beloved Disney songs. To add to the fun, students are invited to wear Disney-themed attire (shirts, costumes, Mickey ears, dazzling ballgowns, etc.). We are looking forward to a fun time & sharing some magical music with you!
