The Cross Country team finished their season today in Canton at the Region Meet. Great job all team members and Congratulations to Eliza for qualifying for the state meet in Sioux Falls next Saturday.
The region XC meet has been moved to Wednesday, October 11th at 1:00. The events will be in the same order as the original schedule. The weather looks much more favorable on Wednesday than Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.
There will be a gymnastics meeting for girls in the 7th-12th grade and their parents that are interested in being apart of the gymnastics team. This will be held on Sunday, October 15th at Core Athletics at 5:20 pm. Core Athletics address is 618 South Rowley Street Mitchell.

Friday (9/29/23) is senior night for Hanson Football, Cheer, and Cross Country. Senior recognition along with their parents will begin at 6:40. During half time the homecoming royalty and Pee Wee/Jr. League Football players will be announced. The Alex. Fire Department is having a tailgate serving chili and hotdogs. Come support our seniors for their last regular season home game.
Due to the recent rains and forecast for Saturday, it was decided to cancel the Platte-Geddes invitational cross country meet that was to be held at Dakota Trails Golf Course east of Corsica. The meet will not be rescheduled.
