There have been some changes to the middle school basketball games scheduled for the coming week. While the Freeman notified us of canceling earlier, B-E has now canceled as well. The girls were able to pick up a game with Ethan. Please keep an eye on the school calendar.

The Hanson volleyball team will open region play on Monday night vs Oldham-Ramona\Rutlamd. The game will be in Ramona at 7:00 p.m.
FYI to Hanson Community members from Hanson County: All voting precincts in Hanson County will be open on Election Day. Emery Fire Hall, Alexandria City Hall, Fulton Community Hall, and the Hanson County Courthouse will all be open. You will need to vote at your designated polling place. Hanson's quarter final playoff football game on Thursday night will be played in Platte starting at 7:00 p.m.
Platte-Geddes has informed us that masks are mandatory for all in attendance at activities that they host . If you plan to attend the playoff football game on Thursday night be sure to come prepared and respect the rules put in place by the host team.
Visiting fans should park on the north end of the complex and seating is available for you on the east side of the field outside the track. Visitors can also carry a lawn chair to the game and sit outside the track. Please stay off the track.
The game will be broadcast on Black Panthers live.com for those who would like to watch online.

Correction: the XC girls are scheduled to start their race Saturday morning at 10:30 CT/9:30 MT. Go get em girls!
We want to wish our Cross Country runners and Coach Oltmanns well who will be heading for Rapid City today for the state meet. The girls will compete at 8:30 a.m. CT on Saturday. Give it your all and stay warm!
