Due to the recent rains and forecast for Saturday, it was decided to cancel the Platte-Geddes invitational cross country meet that was to be held at Dakota Trails Golf Course east of Corsica. The meet will not be rescheduled.

Wow! It's official..the Hanson Golf team brings home the state runner up trophy! Ben and AJ Weber claim individual medals placing 5th and 15th in that order, Keenan Waldera 52nd and Will Jarding 70th. What a tournament for the boys on a tough course! Congrats guys!
Strong showing for the Hanson golfers on day one of the state meet. Hanson was paced my AJ Wilber (81 - tied. For 13th individually) and Ben Wilber (82 - tied for 19th individually). The team is currently in 6th place overall. Best of luck tomorrow for the final 18 holes!
The Hanson girls take home the consolations championship at the state softball tourney with an 11-9 victory over Viborg-Hurley. Big win to end the season. Great job ladies. Congrats!
Hanson wins a thriller over Gayville-Volin in the state softball tourney by a score of 8-7. The Beavers will play in the consolation championship on Saturday. Way to come back strong today girls!
Girls lose a tough one in the opening round of the state softball tournament to top seeded Alcester-Hudson by a score of 4-2. They will play at 10:00 am on Friday in the consolation bracket. Great game ladies!

Girls 4x400 (Oltmanns, Goergen, Hawkins, Moschell) takes home 8th place medals today in the finals.
Brock Tuttle takes 4th in the class A shot put and Riley Haynes takes 6th place. Both PR by almost 2 feet. Tuttle just inches off the school record. Well done fellas!
