The boys 4x200 team of Kayser, Cheeseman, Wallace, and Dewald ran very well to capture 5th place in the class A finals. Great job guys!
Jackson Jarding moved on to the finals tomorrow in the 300m hurdles along with the boys 4x200 and girls 4x400 relay teams. Plenty of action for the Beavers on Saturday.
Brock Tuttle captures 4th place in the Class A discus with a PR toss of 148-02. Boys 4x100 (Kayser, Cheeseman, Dewald, Wallace) breaks their own school record of 44.79 with a time of 44.13 in the prelims. On to the finals!

The Hanson Girls Softball team will kick of the inaugural Class "B" Softball Tournament in Aberdeen next weekend with a 10:00 a.m. matchup with top seeded Alcester-Hudson on Thursday June 1st in Aberdeen. See the bracket for the state tourney:

Be sure to come out to support the Hanson Track & Field teams as we host the Region 5A Track Meet tomorrow (Thursday May 18th) in Alexandria. The meet will start at 10:00 a.m. This is an SDHSAA event where ticket prices are set at $6 for adults and $4 for students. Hanson season passes will not be honored for this event.
Congrats to the girls Medley Relay team of Taryn Holm, Alyssa Moschell, Karlie Goergen, and Eliza Oltmanns for breaking the school record on Thursday at the Hanson Invitational. The previous school record was set in 2001. Congrats ladies!
